The Journey Home
Being homeless brings daily challenges that are interconnected and impact every aspect of a person’s life. Lasting change happens when we meet a person at their point of need, help them set goals and enhance their life skills, address their health and self-worth, and secure jobs and stable housing. Above all, it requires the hope and strength found in a relationship with Jesus Christ and a caring community of volunteers.
In 2024, we served more than 2,600 people in 1,400 households. Thanks to the community’s support, The Journey Home was able to help stabilize 350 households, and an additional 120 households were able to avoid eviction.
Two hundred six individuals received life-saving winter shelter through our Coldest Nights program and 55,000 meals were served in the Community Cafe with the help of more than 1,000 volunteers. We completed our UNHOUSED Capital Campaign and celebrated the Groundbreaking of our new building.
